This application needs to be installed first. The Sticky Notes icon will then appear in the task bar. Clicking the right mousebutton will reveal several options, which will let you create, hide or remove notes.
You can move the Sticky Notes around your screen by dragging them by their corner. Clicking the right mousebutton on the girl will reveal more options.
